The store opened in April 1995 and John and Margaret Groen took over in April 2017. Within the same year, they brought the store to gold status and in 2018 it became a platinum store and again in 2019. Head Office had recognised their efforts in freshening the store’s look, increasing stock and offering the best quality customer service.

There are many hoops to jump through to gain platinum status, including meeting criteria in occupational health and safety, customer service, having clean facilities and a good level of stock. John and Margaret wish to thank their staff and customers for helping them reach this accolade.
